Grant Application Sharing Session

A Grant Application Sharing Session was held on February 25, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon at SM6058, bringing together faculty members, researchers, and postgraduate students interested in learning more about grant application strategies and funding opportunities.

The session featured sharing from three invited speakers. Prof. Wang Hailiang from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University discussed application guidance and practical experience related to HK GRF and other grants in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Prof. Ke Pingchuan shared insights on applying for the HK Tech 300 Seed Fund and related grants. Prof. Zhao Shengdong presented his experience with the Singapore MOE Tier 2 Grant.

The event included thematic presentations followed by targeted Q&A and open discussion, allowing participants to ask questions and exchange experiences on grant preparation and application processes. The session was held in a hybrid format, with participants joining both in person and online via Zoom.

The session provided an opportunity for attendees to learn practical strategies for grant applications and to engage in discussion with experienced researchers.
